APPROACH

Every coastal home starts with the site. We study the flood zone, wind, water, and light before we draw a line, so the design answers to the place it stands. Then we make a clear call: renovate what's sound, or rebuild what isn't on foundations engineered for the water.
We choose materials that endure salt, moisture, and storms, and open each home to its view with large, well-placed windows that bring in light and sea air. Inside and out flow together, so living on the coast feels effortless.
Efficiency and a light environmental footprint are built in from the start, not added at the end. The result is a home that performs through every season, reflects your vision, and is built to last for generations.
First step
Coastal Site Assessment
Know what's possible before you begin.
Building on the coast means working within flood zones, elevation requirements, zoning limits, and environmental regulations that can shape a project before design even starts. Our Coastal Site Assessment gives you a clear, expert picture of your property's potential, so you can move forward with confidence.
What you receive:
-
REPORT - A concise summary of what you can build, what stands in the way, and the path we recommend.
The assessment is yours to keep and use however you choose. If you decide to continue with Faros Design, the fee is credited toward your design-build contract.
